Took my wife here for our wedding anniversary. Service was very good, staff attentive, food was beautiful, hot, tasty and good portion size. I had the pepperoni Parmo, where the pepperoni sits under the bechmal rather than in the cheese, never seen it done this way, but it worked. Chips were incredible, you don't need many.
Our first time here, the food is exceptional made by the brilliant kitchen staff. The atmosphere is good here. it's very spacious. The servers are polite and friendly, which as a whole will definitely have us come back to try more of the menu.
Location is quite out the way but its nice once you get there as well as the views on the way can be quite nice. Food is superb and a lot of people working with constant ability to ask for anything and they help asap. To add to the food i would go back again and again it is that good. Is usually very busy though but we seem to have a seat within a few mins.
Lovely experience tonight - first time visiting and as a welcome, we were given garlic bread for free. Chicken cacciatore was very flavorful and fresh. Service was remarkably quick. Prices were a bargain and the staff were friendly, polite, and attentive. Definitely worth a visit.
5 of us went for Sunday Carvery for my dad's birthday. Can't fault anything. Meat was beautiful, good selection of veg, cooked perfectly and tasty gravy! Best place in North East! £90 for 5 with drinks xxx
Food was great, only concern was, when we arrived queue was out of the door. People not booking and just turning up. They didn't seem to bother with the people that had booked and were just cramming everyone in. Other than that starters were poppa as well as the fillet surf and turf.. steak cooked just how we asked.
Visited this lovely restaurant on the weekend, ordered a sharing platter board for 2 people including drinks which was over £89.70. The members of staff were very in friendly, sat us down very quick after confirming our booking. No complaints whatsoever. As the restaurant is along the motorway/dual carriageway expect car noises but this wasn’t an issue. Definitely recommended!
Went for the carvery, absolutely beautiful food and massive portions. Great value for money with swift service from lovely, friendly staff. Always super busy there for a reason. Can’t wait for our next visit.
